Mom, this is the class I was telling you about. I'll be taking about 12 hours of it in Colorado but the gym here only offers it once a week. I'll see if I can get some videos to supplement. LOVING IT!

WOW! Looks like fun...tell me what video is the best and where to get it. I'm going to have to start increasing my Omega 3 pills -- last time I danced like that for any length of time was at my 2nd cousin Heather's wedding, and my hip went out for several months!
